Desktop Customization is basically making your PC look how you want it to by cusomizing it. A few examples of this is by adding Animated Cursors such as: Simpsons characters, little round bombs, various beasties and other nonsense. Another example is Start-up Logos such as: A selection of pulsing start-up logos: animated characters, movie posters, a bunch of fractals.
